Withdraw the Draft Letter of Offer dated September 30, 2024, filed with SEBI under the erstwhile SEBI regulations applicable for Rights Issues; and 2. Supersede the Board meeting approval dated 9 August 2024 for the Rights Issue and pass a fresh resolution approving the proposal i.e. fund raising by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, to avail the benefit and pursue the proposed rights issue under the Amended Rights Issue Regulations, as permitted under applicable laws and subject to receipt of regulatory/ necessary approvals, as may be required. The Company clarify that the proposal before the Board is not for considering any additional offer and issuance of Equity Shares, but only a fresh approval for the rights issue, which was announced on August 9, 2024, for reasons as stated
